I am a 24-year-old college graduate with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and a huge passion for promoting a healthier world. My priorities include my loved ones, fitness, and FOOD! While I love food that tastes delicious, I stress the importance of nutrients that go into everything I consume.
While I am not a registered dietician, I do have a great deal of knowledge within the field, and I have countless amounts of tricks to offer to allow you to enjoy the taste of food, while at the same time-consuming a plethora of nutrients. I am however on the road towards getting my Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition – therefore, I am required to have my research done on food and nutrition.
I currently work as a personal trainer and a physical therapy aide, and love that I get to spend my days motivating clients and patients to improve their overall wellness. Having the opportunity to have my profession within the health-related field is incredibly rewarding. I can now look back on my day and know that I made a positive impact on someone’s well-being.
